ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a part-time role (20 hours per week) based primarily in Arcadia, WI, with travel to Ettrick and Galesville. The role supports daily operations and resident/vendor relationships across multiple properties and requires strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Office software proficiency required (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to prospective residents and coordinate showings.
• Coordinate and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Greet walk-in traffic and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain resident relations and handle maintenance requests timely.
• Assist in marketing efforts and attend to delinquency matters as needed.
