Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations and deliver excellent resident service in Milwaukee. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and accurate documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complexes and vacancies for showings and move-ins.
• Explain property features and community amenities to prospects.
• Answer questions from prospective residents in a timely manner.
• Show vacant units to interested prospects.
• Greet walk-in traffic and address inquiries or complaints.
• Process lease paperwork and documentation per policy.
• Collect rent and assist with delinquency matters as needed.
• Maintain resident relations and coordinate with vendors and staff.
