Job summary

PRP Management Services is seeking a Part-Time Community Engagement Direct Support Professional to help adults with intellectual disabilities participate in everyday community activities. You’ll accompany individuals to parks, libraries, museums, restaurants, and events, supporting new experiences, friendships, and personal independence.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be able to pass a background check.
• Able to work Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, with safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Take adults to parks, libraries, museums, restaurants, and community events.
• Help individuals try new activities and build independence.
• Encourage friendships, meaningful connections, and community involvement.
• Provide encouragement, companionship, and support during outings.
