Job summary

IWG plc in Ogden, UT is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to support members in our center from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll greet guests, handle inquiries, manage mail, print and setup equipment, and keep the center running smoothly.

This role offers 25 hours per week at $17.85 per hour with a focus on friendly service, issue resolution, and coordinating with the Community Manager on events.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership of problems and finding solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests throughout the day.
• Help customers with WiFi codes, directions, and setup of projectors or equipment.
• Process mail, invoices, and ticket service requests in the portal.
• Support organizing center events and networking activities.
