Job summary

IWG plc in Sisters, Oregon, is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to welcome customers, manage daily inquiries, and maintain a vibrant center. You’ll handle front-desk tasks, coordinate simple IT needs, and support members to help them run their businesses.

This role offers 15 hours per week with a schedule of 5 hours on Mon/Wed/Fri, a competitive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a global workspace network.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service.
• You should be a good communicator with the ability to build relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience).
• You are happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day inquiries and requests across the center.
• Set up equipment and support events or meetings as needed.
• Process invoices and ensure services are properly charged and documented.
• Plan and assist with networking events and communications within the community.
