Job summary

Vitality Living Arlington is seeking a part-time Concierge to support the Arlington community and its residents. This role involves managing the reception desk, answering questions from residents and families, and coordinating with leadership on information sharing and emergencies.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, holds a high school diploma or GED, and can communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• Meet state health related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk continuously during assigned period and perform administrative duties.
• Respond to residents' family members' questions and concerns and share important information with the Executive Director or Business Office Director as is appropriate.
• Respond and appropriately handle emergency situations that may arise in a calm, professional manner.
• Organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person.
• Attend and participate in onboarding and annual training, in-services and team member meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Business Office Director.
