Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in recreational programs, hospitality or customer service preferred (6 months+).
• Background check may be required.
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and attend to community center guests.
• Welcomes visitors and answers calls.
• Monitors spectators and participants at activities (indoor and outdoor).
• Open and close facilities during assigned hours.
• Maintain daily revenue cash collection and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are clean and safe.
• Report emergencies or incidents to leadership.
• Perform cleaning duties (restrooms, floors, windows) and restock as needed.
• Set up and break down equipment for events or programs.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external guests.
