Responsibilities

• Facility operations and monitoring to keep spaces safe and policies enforced.
• Equipment setup, maintenance, and storage for athletic gear and event items.
• Assist in organizing, refereeing, or leading youth leagues, fitness classes, open gym hours, and community events.
• Provide customer service at front desk, check-ins, equipment rentals, and schedule inquiries.
• Administer basic first aid and report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Sanitation and upkeep of equipment and high-touch areas.
