Responsibilities include deposits, cash handling, loan payments, and referrals to service teams. Requires a high school diploma and banking experience is a plus; physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling and banking experience preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing, and math skills; strong communication.
• Ability to operate various office machines; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Accept deposits, cash checks, and utility bill payments.
• Sell treasurer checks and money orders.
• Accept loan payments and other related payments.
• Process night deposits and mail deposits.
• Identify new business opportunities and refer to colleagues.
• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
