IWG plc is seeking a Part Time Community Associate for our Sacramento center. You will work on-site about 20 hours per week to assist customers, manage inquiries, and support day-to-day operations to keep the center running smoothly.

You’ll help with tasks like setting up equipment, directing guests, and ensuring accurate billing and service delivery while maintaining a welcoming environment for all members of the community.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day requests and inquiries.
• Support center operations to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Coordinate setup help for meetings and equipment as needed.
• Assist with billing, access, and space logistics within the center.
