Job summary

Summit Building Services in Ravenna, OH, is seeking a part-time commercial cleaning associate to keep an office building’s desks, floors, restrooms, and common areas clean and well maintained.

This 10-hour weekly shift (Mon-Fri 6-8am) offers competitive pay at $15.00 per hour, requires steel-toed boots, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check. Training and safety rules will be followed.

Qualifications

• Clean offices and common areas, disinfect surfaces, vacuum, sweep and mop.
• Maintain organization of assigned areas and laundry separation as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations and use required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies.
• Communicate with Area Manager about timekeeping and client requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
