Summit Building Services in Strongsville, OH seeks a part-time janitorial associate to keep industrial facilities clean, including locker rooms, break rooms and dining areas. You will follow specifications, operate cleaning equipment, restock supplies and report needs to the Area Manager.

Ideal candidates bring reliable transportation, ability to pass drug tests and background checks, and a commitment to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to the work site.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Experience in janitorial cleaning preferred.
• Willingness to follow health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas: desks, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Clean floors: dust mop, damp mop and remove debris.
• Clean restrooms: restock supplies, sanitize fixtures and floors.
• Keep janitor’s closet organized and stock supplies as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with Area Manager about timekeeping and requests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
