Lip Lab is hiring a Flex Color Expert in Washington DC Wharf to deliver engaging, color-focused experiences for guests. This part-time role (minimum 15 hours per month on peak days) offers a base hourly rate with tips, and potential bonuses based on location.

You will contribute to a fun, inclusive atmosphere, provide exceptional service, and support guests through the service experience while maintaining Lip Lab standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye for artistry and color inspiration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open weekends, holidays; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide unique, entertaining guest experiences from start to finish, including welcoming guests and guiding reservations.
• Follow Lip Lab standards, GMP guidelines and store practices at all times.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Leads and team to foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Work within a diverse team and model Lip Lab values.
• Represent Lip Lab professionally at all times.
