Job summary

Lip Lab in Palm Springs is seeking a Flex Color Expert for a part-time role with a minimum of 15 hours per month on peak days (Sat-Sun). The position offers hourly pay plus tips and a friendly, inclusive work environment.

The role emphasizes color artistry, guest connection, and exemplary service, with opportunities to grow within a vibrant team dedicated to creativity and self-expression.

Qualifications

• Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye for artistry and color!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift and lift 10-50 pounds.
• Open weekend availability (including holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide unique, entertaining and exceptional guest experiences from beginning to end, including confirming reservations and welcoming guests.
• Follow all Lip Lab standards, operating practices and GMP guidelines at all times.
• Work closely with Store Manager, Leads and the rest of the team to ensure a positive, collaborative and inclusive store environment.
• Work within a diverse team.
• Always represent Lip Lab with a high level of professional conduct and embody its values.
