Job summary

LIP LAB in Boston Seaport is seeking a Flex Color Expert to contribute to a fun, inclusive, and creative atmosphere while assisting guests with color artistry. This part-time role (minimum 15 hours per month on peak days, Sat-Sun) focuses on delivering exceptional service and forging genuine connections in a fast-paced setting.

You will stand for long periods, engage with guests, and help maintain an energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye and passion for artistry and color quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open weekend availability (including holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide unique, entertaining guest experiences from start to finish.
• Follow Lip Lab standards and GMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to maintain a positive store environment.
• Represent Lip Lab and Lip Lab values professionally.
