Lip Lab in Irvine is seeking a Part-Time Flex Color Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences and artistry in a fast-paced retail setting. The role reports to the Store Manager with weekend availability required, including holidays, and involves standing for long periods and light lifting.

Qualifications

• Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude and generous spirit.
• Open weekend availability (including holidays).
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift and lift 10–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide unique, entertaining and exceptional guest experiences from beginning to end, including reservations management and encouraging social sharing.
• Follow Lip Lab standards, GMP guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Leads and team to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
• Work within a diverse team and uphold Lip Lab values and principles.
