Job summary

Lip Lab in Chicago is seeking a Flex Color Expert for a part-time role (minimum 15 hours per month on peak days). Located on Green Street, this position emphasizes guest connection, artistry, and a vibrant, inclusive culture.

Salary ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with potential tips of $8–$10 per hour depending on location. You will contribute to a fun, creative atmosphere while delivering outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong guest/customer service background in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye and passion for artistry and color.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willing to go above and beyond for guests and team.
• Open weekend availability (including holidays).
• Comfortable standing/walking 6–8 hours per shift and lifting 10–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experiences from reservations to checkout and social sharing encouragement.
• Follow Lip Lab standards, GMP guidelines and store practices.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
• Work within a diverse team and represent Lip Lab with professionalism.
