Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with college admissions and financial aid processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pre-college programs to enhance academic skills and readiness.
• Collaborate with educators, counselors and partners to align goals.
• Provide individualized guidance on college applications, financial aid and scholarships.
• Organize workshops on test-taking, essays, and interview skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs to diverse needs and outcomes.
• Stay updated on college admissions requirements to advise students and families.
• Create a supportive environment that motivates student participation.
• Track and report program effectiveness to inform planning.
