Job summary

IntelliTec College Grand Junction is seeking a College and Career Readiness Instructor to deliver a six-week CCR curriculum on campus. The role focuses on building communication, study skills, time management, leadership, teamwork, and professional behaviors to help students transition into their programs.

The part-time position requires instruction experience; you will guide career readiness activities, resume development, and networking while maintaining attendance records and student support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Education or related field required.
• Experience in career coaching, life coaching, education or related field preferred.
• Instructional or classroom experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the established College and Career Readiness curriculum in a six-week course.
• Facilitate activities that build communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Promote study skills, time management, and organizational strategies.
• Guide students in professional behavior and career readiness activities.
• Coordinate with campus resources and maintain attendance and records.
