Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a part-time Nursing Assistant to support daily patient care in the Med/Surg area at Sheboygan County. You will assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and basic tasks under the supervision of an RN, ensuring comfort and safety for diverse patient populations.

The role requires weekend shifts, holiday coverage, BLS and CNA-like credentials, with training and certification addenda. You will document vitals in the EMR, participate in admissions and discharges, and maintain

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding and ambulation under supervision.
• Measures and documents vital signs and Intake/Output in EMR.
• Performs rounding and communicates observations to RN.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges under supervision of RN.
• Collects specimens and performs point-of-care testing.
• Maintains stock and cleans equipment and work areas.
