Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nurse Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role serving clients in the Greenville area. The part-time shift runs 12n–5pm for three days weekly, offering excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA provides home care services, supports activities of daily living, and upholds patient rights with careful record-keeping. The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to the Plan of Care, and teamwork within the agency to deliver

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS as required.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Compassionate attitude toward care of clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain documentation and complete EVV tasks as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and dignity of clients at all times.
