Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Greenville home care team in a part-time role. The CNA will provide direct patient care in patients’ residences, follow care plans, and work with a supervising team to ensure quality home health services.

Duties include personal hygiene, transfers, basic nursing tasks, meal prep, light housekeeping, and documenting care per EVV time sheets.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective reading, writing and follow directions needed.
• Ability to lift, bend and stand for tasks.
• Sympathetic attitude toward caring for the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene care (bathing, shaving, grooming).
• Help with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and follow care plans from supervising staff.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets.
