Job summary

Action Health Staffing in Greenville seeks a dependable CNA for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role serving home care clients. The position runs three days a week, 12:00–5:00 PM.

You will provide direct patient care as needed, assist with transfers, document activities, and coordinate schedules while upholding privacy and safety. A DFS certification and strong communication skills are required, with a compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising professionals.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to individual needs.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain records required by the agency and report changes in condition.
• Complete EVV tasks or time sheets as needed.
• Follow Plan of Care and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Notify supervisors of abuse, neglect, or privacy concerns.
