Richwood Nursing & Rehab in Oldham County, LaGrange, KY is seeking a Part Time / PRN CNA/SRNA to provide routine daily nursing care. The role requires a minimum of 2 shifts per month, assisting residents with daily needs, documenting care, and following care plans under supervision.

This position offers the chance to make a positive difference in residents’ lives, with duties including assisting with meals, mobility, and personal care within established policies and procedures. CPR is preferred.

Competenze

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
• CPR preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify Residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., as necessary.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative manner.
• Report changes in Resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood/body fluids and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist Residents with daily functions and mobility as trained.
• Ensure Resident rooms are prepared and Residents are escorted and comfortable.
