Job summary

Richwood Nursing & Rehab in LaGrange is seeking a part-time/PRN CNA/SRNA to help provide routine daily nursing care to residents per their care plans. The role requires reporting changes to the nurse supervisor, maintaining accurate records, and upholding patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Identify Residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., as necessary.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report all changes in the Resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor asap.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including protected health information.
