Job summary

Redbanks in Henderson, KY is seeking a compassionate SRNA or CNA to join our team on a part-time basis for the 3 PM to 7 PM shift. The successful candidate will provide quality patient care and support in a healthcare facility with direct patient interaction.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, providing emotional support, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with nursing staff. CNA certification or SRNA enrollment is required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or enrollment in SRNA program.
• Part-time availability 3 PM–7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Assist nursing staff with medical procedures when needed.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
