Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver individualized care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. The role emphasizes assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and reporting health changes to the care team.

You will engage residents in meaningful activities, provide emotional support, and utilize strong customer-service skills to ensure a high quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to staff.
