Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking a dedicated CNA Medication Aide/Caregiver to join Scandinavian Court Assisted Living in Denmark, Wisconsin. This part-time, 2nd shift role requires compassionate care, accurate medication administration, and teamwork to support residents' daily living needs.

You will observe residents, document medication actions, and communicate with Wellness staff while promoting dignity and independence in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed medication administration training as required by state regulations.
• Up-to-date medication certification per state regulations.
• Able to assist residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Part-time 2nd shift with every other weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per state requirements.
• Observe residents for effects and adverse reactions; document in MARs.
• Communicate concerns to Wellness Director or designated staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and resident independence.
• Support residents with personal hygiene, socialization, and cognition.
