Job summary

Autumn Embers Senior Living in Green Bay, WI seeks a CNA Caregiver/Medication Aide to join our patient-centered team. You will administer prescribed medications, observe and document effects, and support residents with daily living activities to maximize independence and dignity.

This part-time, 2nd shift role requires compassionate communication, reliability, and adherence to state rules. Prior CNA experience and CPR/CBRF certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have completed medication assistance training per state rules.
• CBRF certifications and First Aid/Choking, Fire Safety, Medication Administration required or obtainable.
• High school diploma or GED required; age requirements per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per state regulations.
• Observe and document effects and any adverse reactions in med records.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity and independence.
