Pleasant Point Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-time 2nd shift Caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who support residents with daily living, medication assistance, and compassionate care.

The Medication Aide administers prescribed medications, observes effects, documents in MAR, and communicates concerns to the Wellness Director, while promoting resident independence and dignity.

Competenze

• Completion of medication assistance training per state requirements.
• Up-to-date medication certification requirements per state regulations.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
• Observes residents taking medication and notes effects and adverse reactions.
• Documents required information in medication administration records.
• Communicates concerns or observations with Wellness Director or designated personnel.
• Supports activities of daily living and promotes resident independence and dignity.
