The Pennant Group's Green Bay senior living community is seeking a Medication Aide for the PM shift (2PM-10PM). You will administer prescribed medications, assist residents with daily living tasks, encourage independence, and document activities in care records.

This role requires attention to safety, regulation adherence, and compassionate care within a team. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification; prior direct care experience is a plus.

Formación

• Successful completion of medication assistance training per state requirements.
• Up-to-date medication certification per state regulations.
• Compassionate and empathetic patient care with teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
• Observes residents for effects and documents in MARs.
• Communicates concerns with Wellness Director or designated personnel.
• Supports activities of daily living and resident independence.
• Maintains professional conduct and dignity in interactions.
