Penn State is looking for several CNA Instructors to join our team to teach at various locations in PA, including the Hazleton area (Luzerne, Schuylkill, Columbia Counties), Hamburg/Reading area, Allentown area, York area, Harrisburg area, and Danville area.
The CNA Instructor will be responsible for providing students with the skills necessary to meet the physical, physiological, and psychological needs of a patient. The objective is to help students build knowledge and clinical skills aimed at passing the PA State Licensing Exam and being emotionally prepared to work in a facility.
Must hold a current RN or LPN license for at least 2 years and have a minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care facility. Teaching experience is preferred.
Must possess or be able to obtain the Train the Educator (TTE) Nurse Aide Instructor certificate. Current BLS certification is preferred.
