Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and document care while collaborating with the care team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered support; prior dementia experience is preferred, with training provided. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
