Valley Healthcare System, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a part-time role in a nursing home setting. You will provide high-quality, resident-centered care, assisting with daily activities, mobility, vital signs, feeding, and documentation.

We value teamwork and compassionate, dependable staff who can lift and assist residents as needed. Flexible day, evening, and night shifts are available, with health insurance and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in PA.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and monitor nutritional intake.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Follow care plans and facility policies.
