Job summary

Valley Village Care Center in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a caring part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the AM shift (7AM-3PM) to support residents with daily living activities and rehabilitation services.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility, document changes, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. CPR/First Aid is a plus; CA CNA certification required; at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• CA CNA certification required.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Transfer residents to/from activities and meals per service plans.
• Serve meals in dining room or apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring and dedicated part-time/weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on our AM shift (7AM-3PM). As a CNA at Valley Village Care Center, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, assist with activities of daily living, and promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
• Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current CA nursing assistant certification
• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
