Job summary
Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in a nursing home setting. Responsibilities include personal care, daily living support, health monitoring, and collaborative care planning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Monitor health signs and administer medications as directed.
- Collaborate with a care team to implement care plans.
- Foster a warm, home‑like environment and supportive interactions.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Document health status and care activities meticulously.
