Job summary

Asante is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Oregon. The position is 0.6 FTE with a variable schedule and an hourly salary range of $19.27–$26.50.

You will work under RN supervision, contribute to the nursing process, and provide compassionate patient care in a top healthcare system. Responsibilities include promoting patient safety, documenting responses and teaching outcomes, and maintaining clear communication with staff, patients, and families.

Qualifications

• CNA certified by OSBN required at start.
• BLS certification by AHA required at start.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Join the patient care team and collaborate with CNAs and RNs.
• Promote patient safety and comfort and participate in patient satisfaction.
• Demonstrate responsive observations in care practice.
• Document patient and family responses and teaching effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively between staff, patients and families.
