Qualifications

• CNA certification by OSBN required at start.
• BLS certification by AHA required at start.
• Previous Med Surg float experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a vital member of the patient care team and collaborate with CNAs and RNs.
• Promote patient safety and comfort while supporting patient satisfaction.
• Demonstrate nursing support under RN supervision and follow policies.
• Document patient responses and effectiveness of teaching per standards.
• Communicate clearly with staff, patients, and families.
