Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA in the state where PACE Organization is located.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Superior written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be customer focused and able to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to maintain independence in activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility, exercise and walking for participants.
• Offer behavioral supervision and reinforcement for nursing and medication instructions.
• Assist with general activities such as conversation, recreation, meals and housekeeping.
