Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the care team.
• Support with dining, activities, and housekeeping, and assist mobility.
• Encourage resident participation and maintain safety and dignity.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
