Pinnacle Living is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support the nursing team at our Richmond-area facility. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, mobility, dining support, and social engagement under the direction of nursing staff.

Qualified candidates should have a approved CNA program, Virginia credential, CPR/AED certification, and be able to work every other weekend. The environment emphasizes resident safety, dignity, and personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Nursing Assistant Program.
• Credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Virginia.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide residents assistance with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, nourishment and fluids, skin care, turning and positioning.
• Assist residents with dining experience and eating when needed.
• Assist resident with life enrichment programming per individualized service plan.
• Observe residents’ behavior and report changes to nurse for care plan revisions.
• Assist residents in and out of bed and with mobility as per plan of care.
• Complete weights and vitals per plan of care and participate in care plan updates.
