Belmont Bay Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. The role supports daily activities, safety, and dignity under licensed staff supervision, with a 3 PM–11 PM schedule and every-other-weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff and care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
