Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team. You will deliver high-quality daily care to residents in a warm, home-like environment and support their physical and emotional well-being.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CNA license, have experience in skilled nursing or assisted living, and are comfortable working with residents who have dementia. We offer training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within our community.

Formación

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
