Job summary

Douglas Manor, part of Ryders Health Management, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time role at our Windham, CT location. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Connecticut CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, personal hygiene).
• Aid mobility (transfers, repositioning, ambulation, use of mobility aids).
• Take and record vitals; monitor for changes in condition.
• Assist with meals and feeding; track intake/output.
