Responsibilities

• Own the $97,000 - $150,000 compensation accrual and the math behind every line
• Knit Month-End Close pipelines into the close so data lands pre-validated
• Surface the three expense lines quietly eating the finance margin
• Stress-test the annual budget against three self-directed demand scenarios
• Watch the burn rate and sound the alarm a quarter early
