Job summary

CALRegional Woodland, CA is seeking a part-time Clinical Medical Assistant Lead Instructor to inspire and coach students while delivering instruction according to a set course outline.

The role requires 5 years of Medical Assistant experience, CPR certification, and comfort with computers. Courses run 8–10 weeks with weekday evenings; hybrid onsite/remote work and potential bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related field.
• Familiar with A&P, Medical Terminology, Basic Pharmacology and Medical Math.
• Front office experience; Back-office procedures such as EKG, Urine, Vitals, BPs, Temps, Injections, Adult-Pediatric care, minor wound care.

Responsibilities

• Advanced student learning through instruction per the course outline.
• Assist in student learning outcomes.
• Grade class assignments and exams.
