Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Mason City, IA is seeking Certified Medication Aides for Part Time, PRN 3rd Shift to join our caring, qualified team providing medications, daily living support, and safety in a skilled nursing setting.

Eligible candidates have Iowa CNA certification, completed medication aide training, CPR, and ideally 1 year CNA/MA experience; we offer competitive wages, tuition reimbursement, internal growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.
• Iowa CNA certificate and Iowa-approved medication aide training required.
• CPR certification required; 1 year CNA/Medication Aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and monitor residents' conditions.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living and ensure safety.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to care team.
