Job summary

Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Medication Aides to join our skilled nursing team on a 2nd shift. You will support residents with medications, daily living activities, and monitoring changes in condition to ensure high quality care.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, an Iowa CNA certificate, completed Iowa-approved Medication Aide training, CPR certification, and at least one year of CNA and medication aide experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate and Medication Aide training.
• CPR certification and at least 1 year CNA/Medication Aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and observe residents for changes in condition.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living and safety measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report to clinical staff.
