Qualifications

• Experience with pressure washing preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface prep, and finishing.
• Basic carpentry, drywall repair, and facility maintenance practices are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs pressure washing of club buildings, sidewalks, pool areas, and exterior surfaces.
• Operates pressure washing equipment safely following safety guidelines.
• Schedules routine cleaning to maintain appearance and cleanliness standards.
• Performs interior and exterior painting, prepares surfaces, and matches colors as needed.
• Repairs drywall damage and minor surface imperfections; assists with minor carpentry and general maintenance.
