Job summary

The Oaks Club is seeking a full‑time Painter/Maintenance Technician to maintain Club facilities and provide exceptional service to our members and guests. You will paint walls and surfaces, perform basic repairs, and keep outdoor and indoor areas well‑kept.

This role requires reliability, teamwork, and strong attention to detail. Applicants should have painting and general maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous painting and general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Paint and finish walls, buildings, equipment, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical (up to 220 volts), and carpentry repairs.
• Power wash and maintain various areas throughout the property.
• Safely operate tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Complete daily work orders and other assigned tasks.
• Work cooperatively with fellow team members and uphold The Oaks Club A.I.T.P.E. Core Values.
